Case Study: Sienna Green

Dec 2015

Sienna Green, Aeon‘s eco-friendly renovation of the Har Mar Apartments, offers newly renovated and affordable apartment homes in a residential neighborhood of Roseville, Minnesota. Residents enjoy a suburban setting that’s conveniently close to walking trails, schools, and parks, transit lines, and Rosedale. Apartments feature updated, modern and energy efficient amenities. Additionally, the surrounding grounds have been transformed to create a lush green space with walking paths, rain gardens, and more.

Aeon purchased the property to preserve affordable living options in Roseville close to employment and mass transit. Aeon renovated the existing 1965 buildings and constructed an additional building with larger apartments to help meet the need for homes for Roseville families. Aeon’s transformation of Sienna Green established a sustainable and replicable model for revitalizing aging housing stock.

Sienna Green currently offers 120 fully renovated 1-bedroom apartments and 50 newly constructed 2- and 3-bedroom apartments.
