Case Study: Arlington Gardens
Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation (GMHC) provides high-risk pre-development loans to organizations which assist in the development of quality affordable housing. These loans cover expenses such as architectural fees, environmental and soil testing, land costs, consultants, etc., as well as bridge loans. GMHC also administers the funding during the pre-development phase.
Arlington Gardens in Saint Paul provides 50 units of low income housing for seniors. GMHC provided $400,000 in pre-development funds for this project.
