Kenny Niemeyer

Kenny Niemeyer is a Program Officer at Family Housing Fund, where he leads an emergent and adaptive portfolio of grants, investments, and collaborative initiatives that expand housing choices in Minnesota. Kenny’s commitment to addressing housing challenges is rooted in his community involvement and informed by his prior experience as Housing Development Specialist for the City of Bloomington and AmeriCorps service term with Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity. Kenny holds a bachelor’s degree in global studies and a master’s degree in urban & regional planning, both from the University of Minnesota. He is a 2025-26 Humphrey Policy Fellow.
