Karyssa Scheck

Grants and Special Projects Manager

Karyssa Scheck is a grants and special projects manager at the Family Housing Fund, assisting with communications, fundraising, and program activity. Her interest in housing began during her internship with the Center for Small Towns, where she helped research the challenges faced by rural communities in Minnesota. Prior to joining FHFund, she interned in a Congressional office in Washington, D.C., providing communications, research, and administrative support to legislative aides. Karyssa graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris, where she studied political science and history.
